Some social aspects of infant feeding.

چکیده
This investigation was originally undertaken in an attempt to discover if there was any social difference in breast feeding in various parts of the Borough of Ilford.* Later the scope was widened to include an effort to find out if the stress of air-raids made any difference, and, finally, to corroborate other work that has shown the gradual decline in breast feeding that has taken place since the war of 1914-18, and its relation to the progressive development of infant welfare centres.
